Stand Up | Kennis
Courage is going on even when you don’t have strength.
One of the few things I envy most is when I see someone live boldly and courageously, without fear or anxiety. As humans age, we get more timid and there many more things we become afraid of. We are afraid of other people’s opinions, we are afraid of failure and we are afraid of the unknown.
It’s inspiring to see others live in color. They paint they town red, they stand up for what they believe in, and they are not afraid of neither ridicule nor embarrassment. They are confident in themselves and in their values.
True confidence is also speaking up when you are afraid. Courage is not the absence of fear, it’s the absence of behavior. When I come to the end of my life, I don’t want to regret not living life the way I wanted to. Rise.
