Fire and light.

For this particular photoshoot, I focused a lot on using the natural elements in my environment to frame the subject and provide some super cool effects. Mikayla was charismatic and charming, and her confidence naturally shone through the cameras.

Being a photographer requires me to very flexible and creative with my ideas. If something doesn’t work, then look at what’s around you. And I think this is a great idea to apply to life in general.

If something isn’t working, then lift your eyes and look around you. Perhaps the answer is staring you in the face, and perhaps you can make the best of each moment no matter what happens in your life.
